Full Speed is a program developed to help athletes reach their full athletic potential. Full Speed teaches dynamic movement and stretching to aid in proper running mechanics using a variety of exercises that improve a persons athletic well being. On another level Full Speed will improve an athletes overall performance by correcting footwork, speed and agility.
How do we do our performance coaches do this? By taking drills from–football, basketball, track, yoga, baseball etc.–in combination with agility mechanics and stretching.
